Beth High and her team have a deep commitment to helping people understand their capacity to lead and inspiring them to embrace that potential. Beth is an author, organizational consultant, program designer, coach, keynote speaker, and Certified Master Facilitator. Her work in these areas has allowed her to develop a strong client list from a variety of sectors.
This body of work serves as the foundation for most of the programs Beth leads. In 2008 she produced The Leadercast Series, a podcast series with authors Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner. In 2009 Beth was hired by publishers Jossey Bass to develop a Certification Program for Educators interested in developing programs based on The Student Leadership Challenge. The unique blended learning approach for this program allowed Beth to create the platform on which The Leadership Challenge Workshop Online was subsequently created. This work resulted in the creation of her partner company HRCPartners which focuses solely on the development and implementation of The Leadership Challenge Workshop® Online and the FollowThruOnline product platforms.
Beth regularly delivers the Leadership Challenge® Workshop in a variety of formats and consults with companies on how to incorporate the Five Practices model into their existing leadership programs. Her expertise enables her to consult, design, and deliver long format (18-24 month) programs for clients. These programs are built around virtual centers and use a blended learning approach. Beth and her team provide work closely with clients to customize program content and capture the appropriate data these sites provide. These centers allow participants to have the extended practice essential for building skills and provide the program owners with evidence of ROI from the training.
Beth has a strong team to draw on to meet the needs of her clients. This includes the ability to provide expert coaching, additional content areas (MBTI, Emotional Intelligence, etc), facilitation in other languages, and technical advising.

Client Comments
“Beth brings passion and creativity into every aspect of her work. She and her team are true partners, always working to understand our interests and sharing ideas and expertise to help move us forward and get results.”
“Beth High is a consummate Master Facilitator. She was wonderful about checking in with her training partners, making sure that she was reinforcing their objectives and laying the groundwork for future sessions. However, her primary concern was always the participants, making sure they were getting what they needed, anticipating their fears and concerns, and making the learning experience enjoyable and tangible.”
“…her company has a way of handing out new tools that you can examine and play with and before you know it, you’re coming up with new ideas.”
Our philosophy:
• Leadership requires deliberate practice.
• We learn from each other.
• Leadership is an aspiration and a choice.
What we believe about leadership:
• It is grounded in self and group awareness.
• It begins with understanding what you and your organization value.
• It is everyone’s right and responsibility to take the lead on things they care about.
• We all need it: our families, our schools, our communities, our corporations, our governments, our nations, our world. Leadership matters.
We have been successful with clients if:
• They clearly see the impact of their leadership program.
• They have evidence of the abilities of their teams to excel.
• They are inspired to continue developing their programs.
• They know their best next step and are inspired to reach into the unknown.
